Things are a little different at the moment since the pandemic, but at 21 Blar Mhor we are keeping things as normal and familiar as possible for our guests. We are continuing to provide the same great experience, whilst putting in the appropriate measures to help reduce the risk of our guests or us catching the virus.

We have successfully applied for the Good to Go Industry Standard to show that we are following guidelines on cleanliness and social distancing.  Here is an overview of the procedures we’ve put in place. There is more detail below the image if you need it. If you have any questions about the procedures we’ve put in place please do ask.

We will need to collect details of the lead guest who is staying. We will email you a registration form prior to your arrival. Please note that we will comply with GDPR rules when storing and using your data.  Upon completion of this form we will send you a 4 digit code to allow you to self check-in.  

Check out strictly is by 10am to give us enough time for our new COVID cleaning regime. Please lock the door and put the keys back in the lock box.  Before departing empty any food left in the fridge and cupboards and put all general rubbish into the green bin in the back garden and all recycling into the blue bin.  Please make sure the place is left tidy and as you found it. If you move any furniture etc please put it back in its original place.  As part of our new Covid cleaning measures strip bedding from the beds that were used and along with used towels, put it in the cream laundry bags provided on the dining room table.  


Prior to your stay, if you are booked to stay with us and develop COVID19 symptoms or have been asked to self isolate, within 14 days of your stay please let us know as soon as possible and, as per government guidelines, do not travel to us.

If you need to cancel your stay due to COVID19 , we will refund your deposit or we will offer to move your stay to another date before mid December 2020 if you prefer.

If you develop COVID19 symptoms or are told to self isolate whilst you are staying with us, as per government guidelines, we will ask that you let us know and return home immediately. In this case we will refund for the unused nights of your stay, minus any reasonable expenses we have already incurred related to your stay.  

If you are unable or unwilling to return home, you will be charged in full for extra nights incurred.

If you develop COVID19 symptoms or are told to self isolate within 14 days of staying with us, please email to let us know as soon as possible.

If we need to cancel your booking because we have developed COVID-19 symptoms or have been told to self isolate, we will let you know as soon as possible. We will offer to refund your deposit, or do our best to find another B&B locally for you to stay at if you prefer.
